  • What is your return/exchage policy?
    We offer returns or exchanges on most products within 7 days of receiving your order. If we are not contacted within 7 days, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. All items must be in new condition-unworn, unwashed, unused, etc to be eligible. Shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. For more details, please visit our 'Shipping and Returns' Page located in the footer of our website. Note- All made-to-order items such as our bodysuits, sale items, and personal care items such as pacifiers are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
  • How can I get free shipping?
    We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $75 in the United States! Simply add $75+ worth of merchandise to your cart and you will get the free shipping! Yay!
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes! You are certainly welcome to pick-up your order if you are local to our headquarters. We are located in West Bend, Wisconsin. If you are, all you have to do is click the pick-up option at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation and an email once the order is ready for pick-up.
  • What if my order is damaged?
    Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues or damages. If your order has an issue or is damaged, we ask that you email within 1-2 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right!
  • Do you have gift receipts?
    If your order is a gift, please include that in the notes section when you checkout. We will not include pricing on the invoice
  • Do you offer custom bodysuit orders?
    Yes! We love creating custom or personalized bodysuits! Please send us an email over at grayrosebaby@outlook.com and let us know what kind of design/saying you are thinking! We will try to do our best to accomodate what you're looking for!
